Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how AdminPlugins websites, WordPress plugins, licenses, pricing pages, Titanium Website Down Watch, monitoring services, updates, support, and third-party providers may be used.
Last updated: 3 August 20261. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to the AdminPlugins website, AdminPlugins WordPress plugins, free plugin versions, Pro plugin versions, Titanium Website Down Watch, product pages, pricing pages, support communications, downloads, license-related services, and related AdminPlugins services.
By using this website, downloading an AdminPlugins product, purchasing or activating a license, connecting a monitoring plan, or using an AdminPlugins plugin or service, you agree to these terms.
In these terms, “AdminPlugins”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to AdminPlugins. “You” and “your” refer to the person or organisation using the website, plugin, license, or service.
2. AdminPlugins products
AdminPlugins creates WordPress plugins, external services, and related tools for WordPress administrators, developers, agencies, site owners, and membership or content-control workflows.
Some products have both a free version and a paid Pro version. Some paid products purchase access to a substantial external service rather than unlocking hidden local plugin code.
Product behaviour may depend on WordPress, your theme, third-party plugins, membership plugins, server configuration, browser behaviour, license status, network access, and third-party service availability.
3. Titanium Website Down Watch
Titanium Site Watch provides local WordPress health checks without requiring a paid account. A WordPress administrator may optionally connect the plugin to the paid Titanium Website Down Watch service for independent monitoring outside the website’s hosting account.
Depending on the connected plan and configured features, the external service may perform public URL checks, authenticated WordPress health-endpoint checks, secret-protected WordPress admin runtime checks, Selected Pages checks, SSL checks, Critical Content checks, downtime confirmation, incident processing, incident-history storage, and downtime, recovery, Selected Pages, Critical Content, or optional Titanium Log Manager alert delivery.
Alerts may be delivered to configured email recipients and, where connected by the administrator, one private Telegram chat and one Discord channel. Before monitoring is connected, email recipients and one pending Discord webhook may be saved locally in WordPress. After connection, the Discord webhook is tested and stored encrypted by the alert-channel service, and the pending local value is removed. Telegram is connected through a short-lived one-time bot link.
Only URLs configured by an administrator may be monitored. You confirm that you own, manage, or are authorised to monitor each configured website or URL.
The protected health endpoint uses generated credentials and is intended only for authenticated Website Down Watch requests. You are responsible for keeping plugin, WordPress, hosting, administrator, license, and service credentials secure.
The admin runtime check uses the exact admin-ajax.php URL returned by the authenticated health endpoint and the same generated health secret. It confirms that WordPress can complete its admin AJAX bootstrap without signing in as an administrator or loading dashboard content. An admin-runtime failure may be reported as a warning while the public frontend remains available.
4. Plans, monitoring intervals, and service limits
The current Website Down Watch plans provide the following public-URL monitoring capacity:
- Basic: 1 public URL at 15-, 30-, or 60-minute intervals, 1 alert recipient, and 30-day incident history.
- Plus: up to 3 public URLs at 5-, 15-, 30-, or 60-minute intervals, up to 3 alert recipients, and 90-day incident history.
- Advanced: up to 5 public URLs at 1-, 5-, 15-, 30-, or 60-minute intervals, up to 3 alert recipients, and 90-day incident history.
Selected Pages monitoring is available from every 60 minutes on Basic, every 15 minutes on Plus, and every 5 minutes on Advanced, with slower options available. Critical Content monitoring and other service features are available only on eligible plans and according to the limits shown inside the service or at checkout.
Your active plan controls the permitted number of monitored URLs, available intervals, number of alert recipients, history retention, and access to additional monitoring features. The current limits and prices shown during checkout or inside the service apply to the purchase and take precedence if the service is later updated.
Monitoring intervals are target schedules rather than guarantees that every request will begin at an exact second. Network conditions, provider availability, maintenance, retries, and service load may delay an individual check.
5. License, subscription, updates, and service access
Paid AdminPlugins products and services may require a valid license and active entitlement for Pro features, external monitoring, updates, support, connection management, and account-related services.
License limits, site activation limits, billing cycle, renewal terms, pricing, tax handling, and available plans are shown during checkout or inside the relevant account or license area.
Cancelling a subscription normally stops future renewal and does not by itself remove access before the end of an already paid subscription period. A refund, chargeback, expired entitlement, deleted license, disabled license, or other valid termination may end paid service access.
Temporary network, API, or license-server problems do not necessarily mean that a valid paid entitlement has ended. The service may continue using the most recently confirmed state until the normal periodic license verification can complete.
Where technically possible, expiration or loss of paid service access does not remove the free local functionality included in the WordPress plugin.
6. Pricing and checkout
Prices, discounts, coupons, introductory offers, renewal prices, taxes, plan availability, and license limits may change over time.
AdminPlugins products may display dynamic pricing on the website or inside WordPress. A plugin requests current prices only after the administrator enables price loading. Valid pricing data may be cached locally for 24 hours and, during a temporary pricing-service outage, a previously validated response may be used for up to 7 days.
Paid checkout, payment processing, subscriptions, license delivery, renewals, refunds, account handling, and related purchase services may be handled by Freemius or another clearly disclosed checkout or licensing provider.
Applicable taxes, VAT, payment methods, invoices, refunds, renewals, cancellation options, and subscription management may be handled through the provider used for the purchase.
7. External services used by AdminPlugins
AdminPlugins products may connect to external services during pricing display, checkout, license activation, license verification, monitoring, alert delivery, updates, or account and support workflows.
The pricing endpoint at site-watch-pricing.adminplugins.com runs on Cloudflare Workers infrastructure and supplies public plan prices, plan information, and active introductory discount data.
The plugin does not intentionally send the website URL, license key, monitored URLs, recipients, users, passwords, or plugin settings in the pricing request. Standard network metadata may still be processed.
The service API at site-watch-api.adminplugins.com and related monitoring components use Cloudflare Workers and associated infrastructure to process service connections, public and authenticated monitoring requests, health and Critical Content results, optional compact Log Manager summaries, incidents, alert queues, and service status.

Telegram may deliver alerts to one private chat connected by the administrator through the Website Down Watch bot. Telegram availability and delivery are subject to Telegram’s services and rules.

Discord may deliver alerts to one channel through an incoming webhook configured by the administrator. The Website Down Watch alert-channel service tests the webhook before storing it encrypted.

8. WordPress.org free plugins
Some AdminPlugins free products may be available through WordPress.org. WordPress.org distribution has its own plugin-directory rules, update handling, review process, support forums, and listing requirements.
A free plugin may describe paid features, upgrade options, and external services where those are clearly documented and used in accordance with applicable WordPress.org requirements.
9. Monitoring and alert limitations
Website monitoring samples availability and configured conditions at scheduled intervals. It cannot guarantee that every short outage, intermittent failure, DNS problem, regional problem, slow response, application error, content change, logging event, security incident, or issue occurring between scheduled checks will be detected.
Website Down Watch uses a second failed check to confirm downtime before opening an incident and sending a downtime alert. A warning does not close an open incident. Recovery is recorded only after a successful check.
Email, Telegram, and Discord delivery can be delayed, rejected, filtered, blocked, rate-limited, or unavailable because of recipient settings, network conditions, provider rules, or service outages. AdminPlugins cannot guarantee that every alert will be delivered or read immediately.
The service is a monitoring aid. It is not an emergency service, security operations centre, backup system, disaster-recovery service, malware scanner, firewall, legal compliance system, or substitute for appropriate hosting, security, backups, logging, and operational monitoring.
10. Support
Support availability depends on the product, plan, license status, and support channel. Paid customers may receive priority support where stated on the product or checkout page.
Support does not include guaranteed custom development, unlimited site configuration, fixing unrelated theme or plugin conflicts, server administration, emergency incident response, malware removal, or work outside the purchased product unless we clearly agree otherwise.
We may request diagnostic information, screenshots, logs, plugin settings, WordPress version, PHP version, active theme or plugin information, monitored URL details, or reproduction steps so we can investigate a support request.
11. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining your WordPress website, backups, security, updates, plugin compatibility, theme compatibility, server configuration, domain and DNS configuration, email-recipient accuracy, and testing before relying on a plugin or service on a live site.
You must keep administrator accounts, hosting accounts, license keys, health-endpoint secrets, API secrets, and other credentials secure. You must remove former staff or contractors from accounts and update recipients when access changes.
You should retain independent monitoring, logging, backups, or business-continuity measures where a missed or delayed alert could cause significant loss.
12. Acceptable use and suspension
You must not use AdminPlugins products or Website Down Watch to monitor systems without permission, probe or attack third-party infrastructure, bypass access controls, send spam, distribute malware, commit fraud, overload the service, interfere with other customers, or carry out unlawful activity.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of abuse, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, refund, chargeback, invalid or deleted license, material breach of these terms, or a requirement imposed by a service provider or law.
Where practical, we will avoid unnecessary suspension caused only by a temporary license-server or network failure and will rely on the normal verification process before treating a previously valid customer as inactive.
13. No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
AdminPlugins products and services are provided with care, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact check timing, error-free operation, compatibility with every WordPress setup, compatibility with every theme or plugin, or suitability for every use case.
Behaviour can be affected by caching, firewalls, security plugins, membership plugins, page builders, DNS, hosting, network routing, email systems, browsers, custom code, third-party providers, and future WordPress changes.
14. Access control and security limitations
Some AdminPlugins products provide visibility rules, role logic, menu rules, redirects, access restrictions, protected-page checks, or related workflows.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, these products must not be treated as a firewall, malware scanner, full security suite, payment-security system, legal-compliance system, or replacement for proper WordPress security, hosting security, account security, backups, and server-level protections.
15. Refunds, cancellations, and subscriptions
Refund eligibility, subscription management, renewal dates, cancellation options, invoices, and payment details may be handled by the checkout or licensing provider used for the purchase.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for previous payments. Unless a refund or other termination applies, service access may continue until the end of the already paid subscription period.
Disconnecting a WordPress site stops monitoring for that site but does not cancel the related subscription. Billing and subscription changes must be completed through the applicable Freemius account, checkout, or support process.
16. Intellectual property
AdminPlugins product names, branding, logos, website content, marketing designs, screenshots, documentation, graphics, and product identity belong to AdminPlugins or their respective owners.
WordPress plugin code may be distributed under GPL-compatible licensing where required by WordPress and the WordPress.org ecosystem. This does not transfer ownership of AdminPlugins branding, trademarks, artwork, website content, marketing materials, or product identity.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdminPlugins is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on a product or service.
This includes loss caused by missed or delayed outage detection, delayed or undelivered email, unavailable third-party services, data loss, lost profit, lost revenue, interrupted business, security incidents, incompatible software, or incorrect configuration.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Changes to products and terms
We may update products, service limits, monitoring intervals, features, pricing, documentation, support processes, licensing behaviour, external providers, and these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Changes to plan capacity or pricing normally apply as described at checkout, renewal, or the time the change is introduced. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
Continued use after changes means the updated terms apply to future use.
