Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how AdminPlugins products, services, websites, plugins, pricing pages, updates, support, and third-party checkout services may be used.
Last updated: 26 June 20261. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to the AdminPlugins website, AdminPlugins WordPress plugins, free plugin versions, Pro plugin versions, product pages, pricing pages, support communications, downloads, license-related services, and any related AdminPlugins services.
By using this website, downloading an AdminPlugins product, purchasing a license, activating a license, or using any AdminPlugins plugin, you agree to these terms.
In these terms, “AdminPlugins”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to AdminPlugins. “You” and “your” refer to the person or organisation using the website, plugin, license, or service.
2. AdminPlugins products
AdminPlugins creates WordPress plugins and related tools for WordPress administrators, developers, agencies, site owners, and membership or content-control workflows.
Some AdminPlugins products may have both a free version and a paid Pro version. The free version may be distributed through WordPress.org, while Pro versions may be distributed through AdminPlugins and/or a third-party licensing and checkout provider.
Product features may vary between free and Pro versions. Some features may depend on WordPress, your theme, third-party plugins, membership plugins, menu output, server configuration, browser behaviour, license status, and third-party service availability.
3. License, updates, and Pro access
Paid AdminPlugins products may require an active license for Pro features, updates, support, license activation, and account-related services.
License limits, site activation limits, billing cycle, renewal terms, pricing, tax handling, and available plans are shown during checkout or inside the relevant account/license area.
If a license expires, is cancelled, is refunded, is disabled, reaches its activation limit, or cannot be verified, Pro functionality may be limited or unavailable. Where technically possible, the plugin may continue to allow free-version functionality.
You are responsible for choosing the correct license size for the number of sites where you want to activate the Pro product.
4. Pricing and checkout
Prices may change over time. Discounts, coupons, introductory prices, renewal prices, taxes, plan availability, and license limits may also change.
AdminPlugins products may display dynamic pricing inside the website or inside the WordPress admin area. Dynamic pricing is used so users can see the current public product price, plan information, license options, and active discount information when available.
Paid checkout, payment processing, subscriptions, license delivery, renewals, account handling, and related purchase services may be handled by Freemius or another clearly disclosed checkout/licensing provider.
Any applicable taxes, VAT, payment methods, invoices, refunds, renewals, cancellation options, and subscription management may be handled through the checkout/licensing provider used for the purchase.
5. External services used by AdminPlugins products
Some AdminPlugins products connect to external services. This may happen on the public website, in the WordPress admin area, during pricing display, during checkout, during license activation, during license verification, during updates, or during account/support workflows.
AdminPlugins plugins and product pages may connect to an AdminPlugins pricing API hosted on adminplugins.com. This service is used to load current public pricing, plan information, license tiers, coupon availability, and checkout-related pricing data for AdminPlugins products.
The request may include standard technical request information such as the requested endpoint, product or plan identifier, pricing identifier, currency, cache-control parameter, user agent, IP address, timestamp, and normal server log data. The pricing API is not intended to receive your WordPress users, menu rules, post content, customer database, passwords, or private site content.
AdminPlugins service terms are available on this page. The AdminPlugins Privacy Policy is available at https://adminplugins.com/privacy-policy/.
AdminPlugins paid products may use Freemius for secure checkout, license management, subscriptions, renewals, software updates, account management, and related purchase or support workflows.
When you open checkout, purchase a license, activate a license, manage a subscription, request support through Freemius, or use Freemius account/license features, data may be sent to Freemius according to the action you take and the Freemius service used.

6. WordPress.org free plugins
Some AdminPlugins free products may be available through WordPress.org. WordPress.org distribution may have its own rules, plugin directory requirements, update handling, review process, support forum behaviour, and plugin listing requirements.
A free plugin listed on WordPress.org may include information about Pro features, upgrade options, external services, or licensing, as long as those are clearly documented and follow the applicable WordPress.org guidelines.
7. Support
Support availability depends on the product, license type, license status, and support channel. Pro customers may receive priority support where stated on the product page or checkout page.
Support does not include guaranteed custom development, unlimited site configuration, fixing unrelated theme/plugin conflicts, server administration, emergency response, malware removal, or work outside the scope of the purchased product unless we clearly agree otherwise.
We may request diagnostic information, screenshots, error logs, plugin settings, WordPress version, PHP version, active theme/plugin information, or steps to reproduce an issue so we can investigate support requests.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining your own WordPress website, backups, security, updates, plugin compatibility, theme compatibility, server configuration, and testing before using a plugin on a live site.
You should always test plugin updates, settings, access rules, menu rules, membership rules, redirects, and content-protection behaviour on a staging site or safe test environment before using them on a live business-critical website.
You must not use AdminPlugins products for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, fraud, abuse, spam, malware distribution, or any activity that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
9. No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
AdminPlugins products are provided with care, but we cannot guarantee that every product will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every WordPress setup, compatible with every theme, compatible with every plugin, or suitable for every possible use case.
WordPress websites vary widely. Behaviour can be affected by caching, page builders, membership plugins, security plugins, themes, custom code, server settings, browser behaviour, third-party services, and future WordPress changes.
10. Access control and security limitations
Some AdminPlugins products may provide visibility control, role-based logic, menu rules, access restrictions, redirects, or content-protection workflows.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, AdminPlugins products should not be treated as a firewall, malware scanner, full security suite, legal compliance system, payment security system, or replacement for proper WordPress security, hosting security, account security, backups, and server-level protections.
11. Refunds, cancellations, and subscriptions
Refund eligibility, subscription management, renewal dates, cancellation options, invoices, and payment details may be handled by the checkout/licensing provider used for the purchase.
Cancelling a subscription may stop future renewals, but it does not automatically guarantee a refund for previous payments unless the applicable checkout terms, product terms, or support decision allows it.
If you purchased through Freemius, you should manage billing, license, subscription, and account details through the Freemius checkout/account area or the link provided during purchase.
12. Intellectual property
AdminPlugins product names, branding, logos, website content, marketing designs, screenshots, documentation, graphics, and product identity belong to AdminPlugins or their respective owners.
WordPress plugin code may be distributed under GPL-compatible licensing where required by WordPress and the WordPress.org ecosystem. This does not transfer ownership of AdminPlugins branding, trademarks, artwork, website content, marketing materials, or product identity.
13. Changes to products and terms
We may update products, features, pricing, documentation, support processes, licensing behaviour, external service usage, and these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
If the terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website, plugin, license, or service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
